Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time NOC Shift

🌿 Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in each resident’s service plan.
- Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and community alarms.
- Build meaningful relationships through empathy, patience, and respect.
- Support residents’ independence and dignity through compassionate engagement.
- Accurately document care and communicate resident status between shifts.
- Notify nursing staff promptly of any change in condition or safety concerns.
- Maintain infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.
- Protect residents’ rights and ensure an inclusive, respectful environment.
- Participate in teamwork that makes every night shift smooth and connected.
