As the Group Sales Coordinator responsibilities include 3 resorts. Core values of Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts includes and is not limited to exceptional customer service, detailed & clear communication and proactive sales efforts to generate more revenue. Hotel Sales and Catering experience required. 

Duties & Requirements include and not limited to are:

·        Professional & Personal attention to details

·        Effective written & oral communications skills as well as listening

·        Hotel Hospitality Industry background preferable in the sales & events area

·        Organizational and multitasking capabilities

·        Flexible work hours including nights, weekends & holidays.

·        Coordinating with various departments to execute events & conferences

·        Working face to face with internal & external clients

·        Attending networking events & various meetings, as needed.

·        Manage existing groups as well as prospecting for new clients

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.)

·        Supporting the entire Group Sales Team as well as the resorts we work with

·        Goal Oriented 

·        Open, empathetic & passionate

Salary : $16 - $17
