Bartender/Server - Grande Shores Resort

The bartender will take orders, make drinks, and take payments. The bartender will be able to keep busy during non-peak hours by cleaning and organizing. Providing time-effective and friendly service is a must.
3:00pm-10:00pm (Part-time Position) Wages Plus Tips
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
- Validate proper identification for all guests being served alcohol
- Maintain required records of payments and tips
- Maintain a clean/sanitized environment at all times
Requirements:
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
- Must provide friendly and respectful customer service
- Must be proficient in multitasking
· TIPS and ServSafe certification as applicable
- Previous experience in high-volume and serving experience a plus
- Must be 21 or older
