The successful candidate will support Oracle HCM retrofit efforts, workforce data needs assessments, and data governance activities. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:Capture business requirements, validate and test data, and ensure the accuracy of workforce reporting and metric calculations.Perform SQL database queries, conduct data analysis, identify data quality issues, document reporting logic and data definitions, and support ad-hoc reporting and new report development.Collaborate with business partners to define key workforce metrics and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst Qualifications:5-7 years of related experience.1 years of experience working with different Universities (E.g., Harvard, Princeton).A bachelor's degree.Strong analytical and math skills.Experience with data validation and SQL.Collibra, Oracle HCM, and Tableau are a plus.Shift:3 days a week, 8 hours a day, flexible on the days.(H)
