The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the IT Functional Team, providing analytical, technical, and operational support for Oracle Cloud and boundary systems..HR Systems Analyst Responsibilities:Manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy.Partner with campus stakeholders to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and ensure that HR technology solutions effectively support institutional goals.Support configuration, data integrity, and ongoing maintenance across core ERP functions.Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations) and technical teams, the incumbent assists in resolving production issues ranging from routine to complex.HR Systems Analyst Qualifications:Very strong SQL.Able to validate HR and Payroll data, troubleshoot integrations, and understand complex table relationships.Direct University experience including data model familiarity, funding uploads, combo codes, and payroll or GL validation is preferred.HR and payroll system experience such as PeopleSoft HCM or Oracle HCM, with support in HR, Payroll, Workforce Administration, or Benefits.Ability to work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, perform testing, and support production issues.Shift:Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm during Pacific Time office hours.
