- Develop New Client Relationships
- Email campaigns
- Social Media (LinkedIn, blogging, tweeting, etc.)
- Cold Calling
- Community involvement
- Attend Real Estate industry conferences
- Managing database of contacts and real estate data
- Client’s Management
- Survey markets for availabilities
- Using online databases
- Calling local listing brokers
- Prepare and review proposals
- Participate in lease/sale negotiations
- Create marketing materials
- Manage marketing process
- Track responses and follow-up with interested parties
- Develop Landlord Relationships
- Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
- Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success
- California Real Estate license
