Overview
Handles the most complex projects and responsible for all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Works closely with in-house Project Management teams to actively manage client budgets and schedules. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of internal team members as well as consultants. Responsible for code review and quality control for assigned projects and assists with these efforts on other projects as needed.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $110,000 to $130,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed professional strongly preferred. Must be eligible to pursue licensure at time of application
- 10 years of professional experience required.
- Large-scale and new construction experience is preferred.
- WELL and LEED credentials preferred.
- Ability to travel for projects
- Deep knowledge of local and model codes and ability to navigate zoning ordinances.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, & approachability
- Ability to understand and coordinate engineering and other consultant scopes of work.
- Strong design and space-planning skills required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal, writing and presentation skills
- Provide drafting, detailing, specifications, and modeling support including, but not limited to, design presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, field coordination, and as-built documentation.
