Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries, reservations, and vehicle selections.
• Manage the rental process from start to finish, including documentation, payment processing, and vehicle handover.
• Promote additional services such as insurance options, upgrades, or accessories to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone etiquette and in person to address questions or concerns promptly.
• Requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers .Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and data entry accuracy.
• Knowledge of retail math for calculating rates, discounts, or fees; familiarity with public speaking is advantageous.
