Duties
- Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, and interior detailing to meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area through janitorial and custodial tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Assist customers at the counter by answering questions about services offered, scheduling appointments, and processing transactions
- Support additional detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and minor cosmetic repairs as needed
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for pick-up or delivery purposes in accordance with safety protocols
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and adhere to safety guidelines during cleaning and detailing processes
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environments preferred; excellent communication skills are essential
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for driving company vehicles or assisting with vehicle movement
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction
