Duties
Rental Sales Agents work the front counter at the Avis/Budget/Payless car rental business inside the Glacier Park International Airport. Duties include; renting cars, checking in cars, answering phone calls, and creating reservations for customers.
Compensation:
Pay starts at $16/hr plus sales commission. Regular performers make approx. $2,000 /month in extra in sales commissions. Top performers earn $5,000 /month in commissions in peak summer months.
Additional Wage Differential:
During the Summer season (June 1st through September 30th), we pay a $3/hr wage differential. Every hour worked during this time period earns an extra $3/hr. This bonus gets paid out on the following pay period after September 30th for qualified employees.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment

- Proficiency in typing and basic computer functions
