We are seeking a dedicated cleanliness and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing and cleaning surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows to ensure a spotless finish.
- Check car interiors, remove and return any items left by previous renter.
- Check car fluids, tires, dash indicators for each car.
- Assist customers with operating instructions or finding vehicles in parking area if necessary.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure all vehicles meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including any tools and equipment used in the car wash process.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility areas as needed for washing or interior cleaning services.
- Stay updated on new products, techniques, and services related to car wash and detailing services while fully cooperating and communicating with all counter and location staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial work or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills in cleaning and minor detailing vehicles are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality cleanliness and service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude always.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to car wash operations and customer service.
