What You’ll Do:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
- Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000 per year
(Hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services) - Pay differential for nights and weekends

Requirements
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
- Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and reservation software.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
