What You’ll Do

• Control the flow of vehicles through the lot by managing inventory, checking in new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system
• Ensure vehicles are front-line ready by managing lot merchandising, including correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates
• Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot
• Manage the back overflow lot, including shuttling vehicles to vendors and assisting with dealer trades
• Support customer transportation needs by picking up customers when required
• Assist with maintaining fuel logs and completing operational reports requested by the Location Manager
• File reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Your work helps ensure vehicles are properly tracked, presented, and ready—supporting a smooth customer experience and efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to maintain professional behavior with customers and coworkers
• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Must be at least 20 years of age and meet state and location driving requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for up to 8 hours
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
