Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC is searching for a coordinator for our Governance & Compliance team within our Loss Prevention Department. This position will revolve around the reporting and coordination of revenue recovery of our Corporate Rental Assets.

Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC is searching for a coordinator for our Governance & Compliance team within our Loss Prevention Department. This position will revolve around the reporting and coordination of revenue recovery of our Corporate Rental Assets.
What You'll Do
- Review and process Subpoena requests for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck and submit to requesting jurisdiction in a timely manner.
- Run reports for renter information as requested by security managers.
- Respond to Law Enforcement requests for renter information for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck.
- Process and respond to customer Do Not Rent inquiries.
- Process Budget Truck Do Not Rent entries.
- Process daily reporting for Do Not Rent failed entries.
- Review and process Border Patrol paperwork for vehicles seized.
- Review and process Restitution requests from court agencies.
- Review and process incoming restitution payments.
- Other duties assigned.

- College Degree (Business, Criminal Justice, or Communications) or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of car rental security loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in contacting local law enforcement and courthouses preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years’ business and customer service experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating volumes.
- A self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize daily workflow.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
- Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams),Wizard, and Brio Query.
