As part of the Transformation organization, you will help shape the next generation of applications that enable smarter decisions, better efficiency, and stronger business outcomes. The solutions you develop will support global operations and be used by teams across the organization to power daily work and decision-making. What You’ll Do
- Build and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that drive adoption, improve efficiency, and create measurable operational value.
- Partner with business, operations, and cross-functional teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and translate complex or ambiguous problems into actionable technical solutions.
- Own solution development end-to-end: from concept through deployment, iteration, and continuous improvement based on performance and user feedback.
- Enhance, support, and maintain existing applications and mission-critical systems to ensure reliability and alignment with best practices.
- Lead rollout and adoption efforts through stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and ongoing user support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field with strong problem-solving fundamentals
- Sharp critical thinking skills with the ability to make thoughtful, well-informed decisions
- Ability to quickly learn engineering development tools, with curiosity to experiment and build using modern technologies (Python, Java)
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Creative with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, high-impact solutions
- Willingness to travel 10–25% to collaborate with field teams and support deployments
