Description
We are hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to support our pre-owned vehicle sales, vehicle preparation, and delivery operations at our Appleton East location. In this role, you will help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs while providing a smooth, positive experience from first contact through final delivery. No prior car sales experience is required—we’re looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant to customers, helping them identify vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing and delivery process
- Assist with the detailing, prepping and staging of pre-owned vehicles for the lot
- Support vehicle delivery and ensure customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase
- Work outdoors as needed to maintain vehicle display areas and support lot operations, including snow removal
- Partner with team members to meet customer expectations and contribute to department goals
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience is required
- No prior automotive or car sales experience needed—training provided
- Enjoys working with people and helping customers make informed decisions
- Ability to assist with vehicle prep and work outdoors
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Earning Potential: $45,000-$60,000 per year. This will include an hourly base rate plus uncapped car sale commissions.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience (in any area) is helpful but not required
- Ability to use proven sales techniques while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience in a face-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Wisconsin car sales license (or willingness to get car sales license)
- Must be physically able to move in and out of vehicles and moving trucks
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including 16’–26’ moving trucks
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have valid drivers license with good driving record
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts between 700 am to 700 pm M-F and 8-5 on Saturdays
