Acting as a central connector across teams, the position translates strategic goals into actionable plans, proactively solves problems, and ensures alignment to meet key milestones. The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment, leveraging data and strong stakeholder collaboration to support new market launches and ongoing performance. Overview Support the build and deployment of autonomous vehicle (AV) operations. Act as a central driver of day-to-day execution for a high-priority, cross-functional initiative. Operate in a fast-evolving environment where the path is continuously developing. Key Responsibilities Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Safety, Infrastructure, Operations, HR, external partners). Coordinate and align internal and external teams to ensure milestones are met. Identify gaps, anticipate risks, and proactively solve problems before they escalate. Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and track progress against them. Support development of operating models, processes, and playbooks for a new business line. Analyze operational and financial data to inform decisions and improve performance. Prepare materials and updates for senior leadership and external partners. Travel as needed to support market launches and ongoing operations. Core Skills & Experience Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt quickly as priorities evolve. Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture objectives to detailed execution. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with data to drive decisions). Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority. Experience in partnerships, operations, consulting, or similarly complex environments. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
