- Assist customers with the rental process from start to finish
- Utilize proven sales techniques and SOE-driven service standards to recommend upgrades, protections, and additional services
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service
- Accurately process rental transactions using our computer systems
- Work as part of a team focused on sales performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency
