Full-Time Nanny Needed in Saint Charles:
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and committed full-time nanny to join our family and care for our two boys - a 12-month-old baby and a 3-year-old toddler. This is a long-term position with a family who truly values stability, trust, and building a strong relationship with our caregiver.
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (45 hours per week)
About Us:
Both my husband and I work from home, so finding someone we can trust, depend on, and feel comfortable welcoming into our daily routine is incredibly important to us. We are looking for someone who will feel like a natural extension of our family and provide loving, attentive care to our children.

- Dependable, punctual, and consistent

- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present throughout the day
- Has a strong work ethic and proactively helps with childcare and household needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children
- Support age-appropriate play, learning, and daily routines
- Complete household tasks that support the whole family, including laundry, dishes, and tidying up common areas
- Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment
- Driving children to their scheduled activities
- Some evenings and multi-day overnights required
