We are looking for a motivated performer to join our Management Team as a Regional Vice President of Operations for Region 4! This person must have a strong history of excellent operational standards within the long-term care industry.

Qualifications:
Current Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license required.
Prior multi-site or regional leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required.
Proven track record of driving operational, financial, and census performance across multiple communities.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and compliance requirements for skilled nursing facilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support Administrators and facility leadership teams.
