Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, families, and staff
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
- Restock linens, supplies, and medications as needed
- Assist with laundry, housekeeping, and other support duties as required
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Previous nursing home experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
