- Oversee the implementation of established therapy plans of care.
- Management of scheduled treatment days, per the Plan of Care, for patients, on a daily basis.
- Track admissions and discharges, to ensure appropriate scheduling of evaluating therapists for timely completion of evaluations and discharge summaries.
- Ensure Therapists complete documentation properly and completely, in a timely manner.
- Monitor productivity of therapists, labor hours, flextime, and overtime.
- Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired specific to discipline.
- Demonstrates leadership, organization, and communication expertise.
