Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Conduct vital sign checks and report any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse
Provide wound care, dressings, and treatments as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient care and progress in accordance with established policies and procedures
Perform basic life support measures, such as CPR and first aid, as needed
