About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse on our Night Shift, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional outcomes
Maintaining accurate and detailed records, documenting patient progress, and communicating with healthcare providers
Adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures to protect patients and staff
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Current CPR certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working in a rehabilitative care setting (Preferred)
