About the Role:
As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll play a critical role in preparing, administering, reporting, and recording medications according to physician's orders and established policies and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest degree of quality care, comfort, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to physician's orders and established policies and procedures
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Qualifications:
- Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions
- Previous skilled nursing home experience
