The primary purpose of this role is oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Qualifications for Interim Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA):
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
