Supporting the resident's emotional and social well-being
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring resident hydration and nutrition needs are met
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
