We are searching for a Business Office Manager (BOM)/ Human Resources Generalist (HRG) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The Business Office Manager/Human Resources Generalist manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs and also organizes and performs business office functions to include accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records. Qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM) :
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
