Qualifications:
Current RN license is in good standing.- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
