Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring quality patient care and staff satisfaction
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing practice, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, promoting a positive work environment and staff engagement
Develop and manage budgets, staff schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of care

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of nursing practices and standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
