- Refine and execute a scalable sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate on and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

- Track performance metrics and report on sales/marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B environment.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- $/hour starting pay.
