Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their behavioral health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
Provide parent training
Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
