Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this position includes picking parts and properly marking them and delivering them to various departments throughout the shop. Other responsibilities include receiving new articles from manufactures and inputting them into our computer system, maintaining proper shelf life on those items that require it, and keeping tabs on the quantities of our consumable items. Aviocraft utilizes a unique computer software set, so you must display the ability to use computers and to learn and comprehend the use of such software during the day.
This position offers the duty hours of dayshift only, Monday thru Friday, 0700-15:30. You may be asked to work overtime occasionally in order to meet deadlines, so the applicant should keep that in mind. Aviocraft is a drug-free employer, and you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as random drug screens during your employment.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications
· Typing Skills of 30 wpm or better
· Ability to learn new computer software and become very proficient
