This is a full-time on-site role for an Aircraft Mechanic, located in Surprise, AZ. The Aircraft Mechanic will perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a wide range of aircraft, including structures, powerplant, and systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with all FAA/EASA standards. Additionally, the Aircraft Mechanic will maintain detailed documentation and collaborate with the team to ensure timely and safe aircraft readiness.
- Proficient in Aircraft Structures and maintenance practices
- Expertise in PowerPlant systems, including inspections and repairs
- Knowledge and experience with Aircraft Systems and operations
- Proven ability to perform Aircraft Maintenance following FAA/EASA guidelines
- Prior experience working with diverse aircraft types, including commercial, cargo, regional, and military aircraft
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
