Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager located in Round Rock, TX, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are carried out effectively, within budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, tracking progress, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also be expected to liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Management
- Strong budgeting and cost management skills
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and construction processes
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
