Responsibilities:
- Handling customer-related activities
- Coordinating logistics, preparing shipping paperwork, invoicing customers, monitoring accounts receivable, etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, faxes, mail, and packages
- Greeting visitors and customers professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
Requirements:
- Proven customer support and administrative experience in a professional setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel (experience with PowerPoint a PLUS)
- Customer-oriented; adapts/responds to different types of personalities
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
