As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant (PTA), working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Job Duties:
- Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
- With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
- Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
- Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
