What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/CNA position at Avina on Division?
The staffing coordinator (Scheduler) is responsible for coordinating the Nursing/CNA schedule based on staffing needs on a daily basis as well as maintain the Master Nursing/CNA schedule. The scheduler will also be required to work some shifts on the floor. Position will require employee to provide direct patient care as needed. Must be willing to work weekends and rotating holidays.
Part time - 20 hours a week for the staffing coordinating position
Full time available if a Certified Nursing Assistant which would be 20 hours scheduler and 20 hours as a CNA on the floor per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience scheduling in the health care industry
- Currently certified as a Nurse Aide in Wisconsin
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficient and capability of learning new software
- Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships
