Current Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ( $3.00/hr.)
- NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM ( $3.00/hr.)
- Administer Medications with Care: Use your specialized training to ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
- Be a Trusted Advocate: Observe, identify, and communicate changes in residents’ health to the nursing team.
- Provide Comprehensive Care: Blend CNA skills with med tech expertise to support both daily living and medical needs.
- Promote Safety & Healing: Follow best practices in hygiene, safety, and medication management.
- Make a Daily Difference: Empower residents by supporting their independence, comfort, and well-being.
- Active CNA certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
- Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to resident-centered care
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus FT
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus PT
