- Must have valid and current nursing license, in good standing with the state of Wisconsin.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
- Proficient with use of computers and computer systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Office.
- PCC knowledge and experience is preferred.

MDS Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Understand MDS 3.0 terminology to help master the entire MDS process and reimbursement system.
- Execute accurate and timely completion of all Medicare/Medicaid MDS processes to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
- Use strong assessment skills and be detail-oriented with MDS completion.
- Coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure MDS compliance, understanding, and follow-through, as well as to discuss appropriate programming to address patient restorative needs.
