Role Overview
We are seeking a Deal Sourcing Associate to support our acquisition efforts by identifying, qualifying, and connecting us with business owners interested in transitioning. This role is ideal for individuals or teams with experience in lead generation, outreach, or M&A origination.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential acquisition targets that fit Avila Peak’s criteria
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct targeted outreach to business owners and intermediaries (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track engagement, responses, and status of potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the Managing Partners to refine outreach strategies and reporting
