What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading a dedicated team to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. You'll:
- Lead with Impact: Inspire and develop your team through coaching, performance management, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive Results: Oversee daily production operations, meet productivity goals, and ensure quality standards while maintaining our industry-leading safety record
- Champion Safety: Foster a safety-first environment, ensuring all team members follow protocols and promoting our commitment to employee wellbeing
- Solve Problems: Tackle operational challenges head-on, implement lean manufacturing principles, and lead change initiatives that make a real difference
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing, production, or equivalent technical experience
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop teams, manage performance, and drive engagement
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, lean manufacturing, safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
