In this role, you will provide direct support to patients who are renting television services, troubleshooting issues, and escalating system problems to the service team as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, responsible, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required.1 year of experience in retail sales, cash handling, or any role involving money transactions is preferred.Strong attention to detail and dependability are a must.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends based on customer site needs.Ability to be mobile throughout the hospital for the duration of the shift, including walking, sitting, standing, and occasional lifting or crouching.Responsibilities:Visit new hospital patients to introduce television services, coordinate service setup.Troubleshoot basic technical issues, reboot systems as needed and report any equipment problems to the Service Department.Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.Replace broken TVs, remote controls and TV arms.Avidex is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
