We have one branch in San Jose along with loan production offices in Redwood City and San Francisco.Title of position: Treasury Management ServicesPosition type: Full-timePay range: $72,000.00 to $110,000.00Division: Treasury ManagementLocation: San JoseJob Summary:This is a role that strategically focuses on on-boarding and servicing of Avidbanks deposit and treasury management products to new and existing client segments to increase the share of wallet and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Major FunctionsSupport SVP, Treasury Management Sales in the acquisition and retention of business accountsWork with SVP, Treasury Management Sales to create and maintain reports for managementJointly consult with RMs and SVP, Treasury Management Sales on needs & offer advice.Jointly propose solutions, review & explain products/services.Prepare service proposal and pro-forma pricing.Follow through the implementation process to provide excellent client service.Proactively work with SVP, Treasury Management Sales and RMs to understand clients needs/problems and offer solutions to meet clients needs.Finalize transition from Sales to Service and complete overview of services.Ensure client is receiving appropriate charges for services provided.Special projects and other duties assigned.Other duties as assigned.Ensure all treasury management operations support staff are well informed of new client implementations.Maintain all necessary reporting and inform management if there are discrepancies.Compliance Responsibilities:Work closely with the compliance and credit teams to ensure adherence to policies, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on the full cycle of product provision, while ensuring compliance with all internal controls.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Support Relationship Managers and branch to achieve Fee Income & Deposit Growth goals.Promotes Avidbank through the establishment and adherence to quality client service standards, and participation in sales management and officer call programs.Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries about treasury management products and services.Prepare and maintain documentation related to treasury management services, including contracts, agreements, and client records.Provide training and support to clients on the use of treasury management products and services.Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of treasury management services.Manages the implementation, installation and training of treasury management products.Required education and experienceBA or relevant degree with substantial banking experience.Sound experience of at least 5 to 7 years with a leading organization and familiarity with deposit and treasury management products to be offered to clients with considerable knowledge of how these products work.Solid service or relationship management experience.Preferred Behavioral SkillsStrong interpersonal skills to sell and retain new and existing relationshipsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills to determine best solutions for current and potential clientsProficient computer literacy (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required to effectively sell and retain new and existing relationshipsMust have solid knowledge of bank products and servicesBenefitsAvidbank offers full time employees competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability insurance, 401k with matching, paid holidays and a competitive paid time off policy.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
