Uncapped Income Closer — Permanent Lighting Sales
Avid Lights installs permanent, code compliant exterior lighting for homes. We are opening a new market and hiring a closer to run pre-set, in home appointments and close the sale on the spot.
Top closers earn $10k to $16k plus per month. Uncapped, commission based pay.
You get a redline price on every job. Anything you sell above that redline is yours. No cap. The better you close, the more you keep.
What we provide:
- Pre-set, qualified in home appointments. You are not prospecting or door knocking. You show up and close.
- Full sales materials, pricing, and financing options
- Company support from setters, install crew, and management
What you do:
- Run the in home appointment
- Present the product and pricing
- Close the deal same visit
- Submit paperwork and hand off to install
Who we want:
Strong in home closers. Home improvement, solar, or D2D sales background preferred, but we will take a killer closer from any high ticket industry if you can prove it. If you have ever closed a 5 figure deal in someone's living room, we want to talk to you.

- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication
- Coachable, competitive, and comfortable with commission based pay.
