AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for our client in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. This is a contract to perm role at up to $75,000 DOE and pays hourly on contract.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and support user issues
- At least 3 years of Tier II support experience
- Strong knowledge of Win and MacOS environment
- A , MSDT, or Help Desk certification preferred.
