Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative operations.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and iffice upkeep.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing customer support inquiries, and maintaining organized files.
- Provide bilingual support when needed to serve diverse client and staff needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy
- Prior experience working at the front desk or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
