The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day account management, for multiple clients - from initial enrollment throughout the relationship - to help further develop their shopper marketing efforts within AMG.

Day-to-Day Client Management
The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day account management, for multiple clients - from initial enrollment throughout the relationship - to help further develop their shopper marketing efforts within AMG.
Works closely with project management, the creative studio and the analytics teams to ensure all programs are on-time and on-budget.
Highlighted Responsibilities*:
Day-to-Day Client Management
- Manage day-to-day interaction with clients via phone and email; provide meeting recaps and schedule meetings as necessary
- Management of standard project scope development and ensuring proper billing and agency payment is followed
- Maintain strong, lasting client relationships, while developing a deep understanding of each client’s business
- Opportunity to work on special projects to build strategic strength
- Work with your team and manager to understand and drive strategies to grow revenue from clients (both with clients and product/service innovation)
- Analyze client performance and provide reports both internally (sales/performance perspective) and externally, through working with internal analytics team (for external reporting); learn to develop key insights (alongside analytics team) and deliver through compelling presentations
- Create project trackers so internal team stays on track and partner with Project Management and Digital to ensure project needs and deadlines are known
- Provide business solutions to clients, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue for the agency through unique shopper marketing programs
- Work with the Senior Account Executive or Client Service Director to establish target goals and objectives for your clients (high level yearly planning as well as project planning)
- Research competition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends
- Research possible brand partnerships
- An Account Executive must be proficient in Microsoft Office and understand client email construct.
- Organizational skills are required as this is a fast-paced work environment with many projects on different timelines
- Have the ability to harness financial data and make informed decisions
- 2 -4 years of experience, agency preferred

Salary : $58,000 - $60,000
