Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and lobbies
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience
- Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold health and safety standards across all areas of the hotel
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Maintain a high level of organization in linen closets, storage rooms, and cleaning carts to promote efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and a positive attitude toward guest service
