Assistant General Manager (Agm) at avid hotel Staunton

Avid Hotel Staunton in Staunton, VA is looking for one general manager to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 62 Sangers Lane. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed, scheduling
• Maintain excellent customer service & customer reviews
• Manage profit and loss figures
• Communication with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Training and hiring new employee.
• Flexibility to work when someone calls in and work 2 to 3 days on front desk.
• Check rooms, walk the property, check all storage rooms
• Inventory control

Qualifications

• 3 Years hotel management experience. IHG experience preferred.

Must have IHG experience & Opera.

• some computer Knowledge
• Dependable ,Hard working .
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
